1. Introduction

This policy describes how Takemura Tech Lab ("we") handles user information in the iOS app "One-Tap SNS Video Maker" (the "App"). Matters not covered here are governed by the Takemura Tech Lab Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect and How We Use It

• Photos: The photos used to make a video (up to 5 per video) are sent to our servers to create the video, caption, and on-screen text. When photos are picked automatically, the screening (such as excluding documents and screenshots) happens on your device, and no other photos are sent.
• Photo location: If a photo contains location data, it is converted on your device into a place name (such as a city), and only the place name is used to write the caption. This conversion uses the iOS location services. Latitude and longitude are not sent to our servers.
• Settings: Gender, age group, posting style, video length, and similar settings. Stored on your device and sent to our servers to write the caption.
• Scheduled creation settings: Notification times and days. Stored only on your device.
• Usage data: An anonymous user ID (Firebase Authentication), a device identifier (IDFV), OS type, creation time, settings, and generated captions. Used to improve the service and analyze usage.
• Error data: Error details and the anonymous user ID. Used to investigate and fix problems.
• Purchase data: Your Premium (monthly subscription) status. Payments are processed by Apple; we never receive payment details such as credit card numbers.
• Advertising data: On the Free plan, ads are shown, and the ad provider (Google AdMob) may collect device information.

3. Protecting Personal Information in Photos

The App reads text that appears in your photos and automatically blurs parts it identifies as personal information, such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, bank account or card numbers, and license plates, before the video is made. The App also avoids including such information in captions and on-screen text. However, it cannot detect all personal information with certainty. Please check the video and caption before posting to social media.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following services for the purposes above and sends them only the information needed. These services act on our behalf and handle information under their own privacy policies.

• Google Firebase (authentication, temporary storage of photos and videos, server processing, usage logs)
• OpenAI (writing captions and on-screen text from photos, settings, and place names; identifying personal information in photos). Data sent to the OpenAI API is not used to train OpenAI models.
• Google Cloud Vision API (reading text in photos)
• Google AdMob (showing ads)
• RevenueCat (managing subscription status)
• Apple (App Store payments, place name conversion)

5. Data Retention

• Photos sent to our servers and the videos we create are automatically deleted about 1 to 2 days after creation. Videos you save to the Photos app remain on your device until you delete them.
• Usage and error data are kept as long as needed to improve the service, and are deleted upon request.

6. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Sending information to the services in Section 4 is done on our behalf to provide the App's features.

7. Your Choices

• You can change photo access and notification permissions at any time in the iPhone Settings app.
• You can change on-screen text, photo selection, and other options in the App's settings.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from "Manage subscription" in the App or from the iPhone Settings app.

8. Deletion Requests and Contact

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or for questions about this policy, please contact us. Because the App is used anonymously, we may ask when and on which device you used the App to identify your data.

We may update this policy as needed. The updated policy takes effect when it is posted on this page.
